Changes Are Coming for Rockstar Rentals LLC
Dearest Rockstar Rentals Customers, Vendor/Venue partners:
We wanted to take a moment to notify you of upcoming changes within our company that will impact all our customers and business partners. Firstly, we want to thank all of you for your continued business and support. We have been in operation for over eight years because of amazing people like you!
Rockstar Rentals LLC began as a small, garage-run, audio rental shop in 2014 and has since evolved into a full-service and DIY one-stop-shop for an array of décor, lighting, audio rentals, and A/V production needs. The past few years have brought significant fluctuations and transformations to our company. The majority of these changes began in 2020 when we, like so many of you, had to put our business on hold due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This impacted us in a way that has required us to evaluate the methods in which we are able to service our customers and simultaneously remain in business. Over the years we have invested in a wide range of lighting and event products/services, as well as audio/visual technologies for live, and other, production events. Through this challenging time, we have continued to fulfill our dry (DIY) rentals via our showroom and shop location at the Dry Creek Business Center, in Centennial; however, space and location availability has become problematic. While we have become more streamlined and efficient at processing the DIY rental components of our business model, we have increasingly struggled to find a commercial space that will accommodate our size and our budget. As commercial rentals continue to increase their fees, miscellaneous charges, and lease terms, we have ended up in a crowded workspace while we endure growth and the desire to stay available to our customers. It has always been one of our goals to deliver our services to you on time and within budget. To continue to serve you, we have made the decision to revamp our company’s core product and service offerings. This is a critical move to meet our own high expectations and standards; standards that you have come to rely on.
Effective June 1, 2022, Rockstar Rentals LLC will no longer be offering the traditional dry rental/DIY component of our business. We will continue to offer rentals that can be delivered, and set-up as a full-service event rental and A/V production company. All kinds of events are still on our repertoire, but only on a full-service basis.
NOTE: Folks who have placed pending orders that have been scheduled
prior to this notice will be contacted individually to make necessary
arrangements for deliveries or refunds.
As we move to a full-service-only platform, all our services will be priced per job, since each job is unique. Our services will continue to be competitively priced with flat rate deliveries and setups. Our hope is that we can rework your events and previous rental needs with edits and revisions that will fit our newer business model. If, for any reason, we are unable to accommodate your needs, going forward, we will make recommendations of audio DIY shops that may assist you. We are committed to working with you every step of the way.
While we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, these changes will allow us to provide you with enhanced services while we remain in operation.
