Are you planning an annual conference and are looking for some guidance on renting audio and visual equipment? Regardless of the type of event you’re organizing, you will eventually need to consider what A/V needs you require and how you will get there.
BUDGET
You may already have an idea of how much you can spend on your entire event – we can review your various A/V options and help guide you in the most efficient and economical options.
NEED EXPERTS?
A lot of the folks we work with do have someone within their own organization that is able to oversee and manage the A/V aspect of the event; however you may also hire someone who can plan and manage the A/V component of your event through Rockstar Rentals..
GET YOUR SPEAKERS AND GUESTS INVOLVED.
It’s important that you know what the A/V needs are of the musicians and/or speakers who are a part of your event. Often times, speakers and musician need specific equipment based on their own personal preferences and needs.
PROVIDE A LIST OF YOUR A/V NEEDS
Each event is unique, an event featuring ONLY speakers will have different A/V needs than an event that is also featuring musicians. If we know the details of your event we can help you determine exactly what equipment you will need. Some events require the use of projectors, video and audio recorders, microphones, television screens, and large projection screens. Bands may require specific microphones for their equipment and have preferences to the types of speakers they would like to use.
USE A PLANNER, IF YOU HAVE THE BUDGET
Most of our A/V events have someone who is managing the entire process from start to finish. If not, there are specific planners and event coordinators who are very familiar in the audio/visual realm.
PLAN EARLY
The earlier you can plan your event, the better the odds are that we will have what you need. Also, if you’re doing a large scale A/V project make sure to ask for bundled or package deals.
