Each event is unique and has various requirements (remote venues to outdoor tent events, as an example) so we must price each event separately and based on its own distinctions.


We follow certain factors and criteria when we issue quotes:

Base Pricing | Denver

Our minimum pricing for events in the Denver/Denver Metro area is $1,000 for weekends (Fri-Sun) and $500 for weekdays (Mon-Thu).


Availability is limited.

Base Pricing | Outside Denver Metro 2+ hrs

Pricing for locations outside the Denver Metro area will vary on staffing.  If accommodations and meals are required, that will be added to the invoice as well.

Base Pricing |  Mtn Areas

Locations which will require us to set-up in mountain area resort towns and spend more than 2 hours commuting  requires a minimum of $3,000 (we also include line items for accommodations and food per diems, if needed).

  • Where will your event be located? Will it be indoors/outdoors or both?

  • Will it be in a venue or at a private residence?

  • If your event is located outdoors, will you have access to electricity, or will you need to rent a generator?

Event Date & Time

  • When is your event? 

  • What time does your event begin and end?

  • Will we have flexibility in set-up dates and times (can we set up the day before your event and strike the day after)?

  • How much time will be allocated for set-up and strike?

What Type of Event?

  • Are you having a wedding, a corporate event, birthday party, fundraiser, school event, etc...

  • How many people are you anticipating at your event?

What Type of Services?

  • Will you be needing lighting, sound, video, live-streaming or a combination of these services?

  • Will you have a DJ or band coming in from out of state?

  • If you're looking for lighting, what type?

  • Will you need onsite technicians?

  • Will you need a DJ or a band?
